Thank you for visiting the Dr. Carlos Castañeda web site. We strive to enhance the home-school-community connection that is so vital to the success of our educational program for all students. The new State Law prohibits using cell phones while driving in a school zone. The City of McAllen should have signs posted at all McAllen ISD campuses by Sept. 1.
